Delta Tec HVAC and Energy Solutions warrants for a period of one year from date of start-up or one year after installation, whichever occurs first, that the equipment, components, parts, and materials used are free from defects in material and workmanship. The manufacturer’s warranties on all equipment, components, and parts furnished and installed by us will be passed on to you.

Delta Tec HVAC and Energy Solutions shall furnish free of charge, such part or parts of like size and capacity, of the machinery and apparatus sold hereunder that becomes defective due to workmanship or material including directly applicable labor to said part, parts, apparatus or machinery that is defective in workmanship or material within (1) one year from the date of delivery of the equipment and/or material..

The manufacturer’s limited warranty shall apply as applicable herein. The Manufacturers warranty on equipment is synopsized herein as a convenience as follows: "Bryant/Carrier" offers a 5 year parts and 5 year compressor, limited warranty.

Delta Tec HVAC and Energy Solutions shall not be liable for defects or failures arising from normal wear and tear, or breakage caused by carelessness, abuse, neglect or negligence in operation, including the owners negligence in performance of recommended maintenance work and or lack of maintaining a maintenance service contract on the equipment.

Delta Tec HVAC and Energy Solutions shall not be held liable or accountable for damages or delays in installation or service, due to a general union labor strikes, third party accidents, fires, and engineering or design defects. Delta Tec HVAC and Energy Solutions shall not be responsible, liable nor held accountable for any damages as a result of delays in the installation due to any contingencies including those that are unavoidable or beyond our direct control. Delta Tec HVAC and Energy Solutions shall not be responsible for any damages incurred due to structural failure or the inability of the building structure to properly support the HVAC equipment.

The foregoing warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. All warranty labor is to be performed during our regular business hours of between 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS).
